Hello, I have been a believer in Christ since December of 1995. I was born in California, but grew up in Portland Oregon. My dad, who is with the Lord, was a Calvary Pastor for 35 years. I grew up in a Christian home. My parents loved me. But, I rebelled against my parents, God, and the Bible. When I was 22 years old, I found myself broken, lost, and going nowhere fast. God ran me down. My mom and dad, pastor Doug Snow, pastor Frank Hedrick, and pastor Kevin Smith (CC Southeast Portland) were a big part of my coming to Christ.
Shortly afterI attended Calvary Chapel Bible College in 1996, 97. I was engaged to Laura my wife at Bible college. We were married in 1997 and I have been blessed by her wisdom, friendship, and fellowship in the Gospel. Since then the Lord has blessed us with six wonderful and unique children, whom I learn from and am grateful for.
From 97' -2002, we lived in Gorham Maine. I was ordained in 2001 and assisted her dad, pastor Bryon Burke for a few years. Then we moved up north to Bangor Maine, where I spent 9 years on staff at Calvary Chapel Bangor. In Bangor, I assisted pastor Ken Graves, was blessed to oversee Children's Ministry, taught Junior High Bible classes, Some High School Bible classes, and Some Bible classes in our CCBC extension campus. In 2011 we moved to Southern Maine and helped with my Brother in Law, pastor Dale Quimby, with the church he was pastoring in Lyman Maine.
The Lord then called us out of New England to take over a work started by pastor Tony Magana in Yakima. We have been here at Calvary Chapel Yakima since 2013 and we have been blessed to be a part of what God's continuing work. In 2019 I started attending classes online with Calvary Chapel University, where I finished up my Bachelors in Biblical Studies. God is faithful. What a blessing it is to study God's word! Grateful for the work of the Lord in my life, His mercy, and His patience with me. Looking forward to what the Lord is going to do in and through His church in the coming years!
